Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead with strong expertise in Conga CPQ and large-scale data migration projects. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end migration activities including data analysis, mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end data migration activities across complex enterprise systems.
Work with clients to understand data requirements, structures, and migration strategies.
Build data models, mapping documents, and technical design documentation.
Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation before and after migration.
Manage migration of large datasets across systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Develop data reconciliation reports to ensure migration accuracy.
Establish testing and validation procedures to maintain data integrity.
Provide technical support and ensure smooth execution of migration processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
Maintain documentation of migration processes and best practices for future projects.
Required Skills:
7–11 years of experience in data migration and data engineering roles.
Mandatory experience with Conga CPQ data migration.
Strong expertise in data mapping, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Experience handling large volumes of data and concurrent processing methods.
Experience working with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
