Salesforce Software Developer
Experience Level: Mid-Level (7+ Years)
Core Focus: Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and System Integrations
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, (LWC), and Flow.
- Collaborate with other developers, architects, and consultants to implement best
practices in Salesforce development.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best
practices.
- Provide day-to-day end-user support via issue resolution
- Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Salesforce Solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot robust system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) between Salesforce and external platforms.
- Assess the impacts of new requirements on our highly customized Saleforce.com environment to ensure system stability and performance.
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare the environment for Salesforce seasonal upgrades.
- Design, implement, and maintain processes and automation for strict governance and compliance purposes.
Required Qualifications
- hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in a complex, fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge of Revenue Cloud (Salesforce CPQ & Billing), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Integrations: Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and enterprise middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workmate).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in writing clean, scalable code using Apex (classes, triggers, batch processing), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I required. Additional certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desired.
