We Are Hiring – Business Operations & Administration Manager

Role Objective
To manage and streamline day-to-day office operations, administrative processes, internal coordination, documentation, and reporting for a growing nutraceutical brand, ensuring smooth functioning, discipline, efficiency, and management support.
Key Skills Required
- End-to-end office administration & process control
- Vendor coordination (office supplies, services, utilities)
- Calendar, meetings & internal communication management
- Documentation management & record keeping
- Support for audits, registrations & renewals (FSSAI, GST, company filings)
- SOP implementation for office processes
- Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly MIS
- Data compilation & reporting for management
- Strong Excel & reporting skills
- Liaison between founders, finance, marketing, QC, warehouse & vendors
- Follow-ups & task tracking across teams
- Strong communication & follow-up skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations & administration
- Ensure smooth coordination across internal teams
- Maintain office documentation, records & MIS
- Track tasks, deadlines & management follow-ups
- Coordinate with external vendors & service providers
- Support compliance documentation & renewals
- Assist founders with operational & administrative support
- Implement & monitor office SOPs & policies
Experience Required
3–7 years
- Experience in office operations, administration, business support, and e-commerce operations
- Exposure to FMCG / nutraceutical / D2C / start up environments preferred
- Experience working closely with founders, senior management, and e-commerce teams is a plus
- Hands-on coordination with online sales platforms, dashboards, and internal teams preferred

Qualifications
- Any graduate/Post graduate having experience Business Operations (e-commerce)
