automation infrastructure that powers modern B2B commerce. Our flagship product, JetPay, is a full
embedded payments API supporting EFT, ACH, and credit card — with white-label and sub-merchant
onboarding designed for platforms, SaaS companies, and enterprise software.
We help thousands of B2B businesses modernize how they get paid — streamlining payments, automating
accounts receivable, and integrating seamlessly into existing ERP and accounting workflows. With billions in annual processing volume and a growing footprint across North America, we are scaling rapidly and investingin our go-to-market function.
We operate as both a Payment Service Provider (PSP) and Money Services Business (MSB) on Adyen for
Platforms infrastructure. Our clients span manufacturing, professional services, logistics, SaaS, and more.
The Opportunity
This is a full-cycle sales role with real ownership. As a Go-to-Market Engineer at Baseline, you won’t be
handed a script and a list of numbers to dial — you’ll own your pipeline from first touch to closed deal. You’ll be selling solutions that genuinely solve painful problems: slow payments, manual AR processes,
disconnected workflows, and cash flow uncertainty.
You will work closely with our Director of Sales and the broader GTM team, using a modern sales tech stack to identify, engage, and convert B2B companies across North America who are ready to modernize how money moves through their business.
What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Sales Execution
• Own the entire sales process — from sourcing and engaging new prospects to running discovery
calls, delivering demos, managing follow-ups, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across multiple stages simultaneously, with disciplined CRM
hygiene throughout.
Prospecting
• Identify and target B2B companies across key verticals: manufacturing, construction, professional
services, advertising agencies, wholesale distribution, and more.
• Execute outbound across phone, email, LinkedIn, and automation tools using our core stack:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Koncert.
• Leverage AI tools to research accounts, personalize messaging, and improve outreach quality and conversion rates.
Discovery & Qualification
• Lead initial conversations with curiosity and structure — uncovering pain points like slow collections,
manual AR processes, disconnected payment workflows, and cash flow pressure.
• Qualify prospects against our ICP and guide them through the value of Baseline’s payments and
finance automation solutions.
• Run product demos that connect features to real business outcomes, not just functionality.
Sales Tech & Automation
• Own your workflow in our GTM stack: LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, HubSpot for CRM
and sequencing, ZoomInfo for data enrichment, and Koncert.
• Use automation and AI tools to scale outreach without sacrificing personalization.
• Experiment, test, and iterate — bring a builder’s mindset to your process.
Feedback & Collaboration
• Work with sales leadership to refine messaging, campaign logic, and deal strategy based on real
outcomes.
• Log activities and track performance with discipline — your data helps shape the go-to-market
engine.
• Contribute to a team culture of transparency, shared learning, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
Required
• 1–3 years in a B2B SaaS sales, SDR, or BDR role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and outbound tools — HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales
Navigator, ZoomInfo, or equivalents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — clear, engaging, and consultative.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical and financial concepts (payments, AR automation,
integrations).
• Self-directed and goal-oriented — you manage your own pipeline while contributing to team success.
Bonus Points
• Fintech, payments, or finance automation experience.
• Power-user comfort with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Koncert.
• Hands-on use of AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or AI-native sales platforms).
• Experience with video prospecting or inbound video marketing to engage prospects and fuel pipeline.
• Familiarity with payment and finance concepts: ACH, EFT, AR/AP automation, interchange, sub-
merchant models.
• Startup or scale-up experience.
• French language skills are an asset (we have a national presence).
