Position Overview
Degree Wellness is in the midst of an exciting national franchise expansion. We are looking for an energetic, organized and goal-oriented National Sales Operations Manager to join our headquarters team and help position our new studios for success.
In this role, you will lead the presales process for all locations nationwide. This position is responsible for owning our presales playbook end-to-end, including demand gen, lead management, scripts, events, and daily coaching of franchise owners and their managers. You will ensure that each location hits (and beats) its targets. This is an ideal role for a highly results-driven professional who loves rolling up their sleeves, selling, and enabling others to win.
Responsibilities
- Own presales targets for each new studio from launch through grand opening
- Develop and maintain comprehensive daily and weekly presales reporting to track progress and hit goals
- Train, coach, motivate, and audit franchise owners and their teams, ensuring effective follow-up on presale events and initiatives
- Continuously improve our presales playbook, including both online and offline marketing channels
- Collaborate with corporate Marketing team on paid ads and other online channel performance
- Track lead creation, follow-ups and conversions to not only measure but also improve results
- Write scripts, one-pagers, FAQs and other training materials for franchise studio teams
- Work cross-functionally with franchisees, corporate Operations and Marketing teams
- Ensure that every presales touchpoint reflects Degree Wellness brand standards and the premium member experience
- Support franchisees in all presales efforts throughout the studio opening process
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to energize and motivate teams
- Project management experience
- Comfortable discussing KPIs and performance metrics
- Ability to work in different time zones
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software
Preferred Qualifications:
- B2B sales/marketing experience
- Previous multi-unit franchise operations experience
- Membership sales experience
- Familiarity with local event marketing, partnerships, and corporate wellness outreach
