- Build and maintain executive-ready scorecards, dashboards, and monthly business review materials.
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve forecast discipline, deal inspection rigor, and data quality.
- Support strategic account reviews by highlighting performance trends, execution risks, and commercial exposure.
- Work closely with Finance to reconcile bookings, shipment assumptions, and revenue timing risks.

- Produce weekly and monthly pipeline health reports for leadership.
- Build reports on funnel conversion, average deal size, cycle time, win rates, and productivity.
- Support MBRs, QBRs, annual planning, and ad hoc commercial analysis.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Technical Sales to align reporting logic and assumptions.
- Incorporate customer-risk, escalation, and post-sales data into broader account and revenue visibility.
- Help standardize metric definitions and reporting discipline across the organization.
Continuous Improvement
- Surface data quality issues, process gaps, and reporting inefficiencies.
- Recommend opportunities to automate recurring analysis and reduce manual work.
- Support improvements to opportunity stage governance, dashboard usability, and KPI consistency.
