This role requires close collaboration with sales, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality CPQ solutions.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and participate in end-to-end CPQ implementation projects including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with business and sales stakeholders to understand quoting, pricing, and product configuration requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.
• Design and configure product models, pricing structures, discounting rules, and approval workflows within the CPQ system.
• Ensure seamless integration of CPQ with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems as part of the overall solution architecture.
• Support presales and solutioning activities by contributing to functional solution design, effort estimation, and product demonstrations when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation including business process flows, solution design documents, configuration workbooks, and test cases.
• Conduct user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions for sales and business teams.
• Continuously evaluate CPQ processes and recommend enhancements to improve usability, efficiency, and compliance.
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience working on CPQ solutions in an implementation or consulting role.
• Mandatory experience of delivering 3–5 end-to-end CPQ implementations.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, quoting, pricing, and product configuration processes.
• Hands-on experience with at least one leading CPQ platform (such as Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, or similar tools).
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Experience in integration of CPQ with CRM, ERP, or order management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
• CPQ or CRM-related certifications will be an added advantage.
We’d be super excited if you have:
• Experience working on complex product structures or subscription-based pricing models.
• Exposure to multi-country or multi-currency CPQ implementations.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of related platforms such as CRM or ERP systems.
