Job Description
1. Financial Strategy & Planning Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide financial insights to support business growth and expansion. 2. Financial Management & Control Oversee accounts, billing, revenue cycle, and cash flow management. Monitor financial performance and ensure cost control and profitability. Establish strong internal controls and financial systems. 3. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Companies Act, etc.). Manage financial risks, audits, and legal compliance. Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. 4. Financial Reporting Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards. Provide regular updates to top management and board members. 5. Team Leadership Lead and manage the finance and accounts team. Ensure staff development, training, and performance management. 6. Business & Operational Support Support management in strategic decisions, investments, and cost optimization. Collaborate with departments for financial efficiency and process improvement. Qualifications & Experience CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred. 10–15+ years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector. Experience in financial planning, audits, and compliance.
