Overview
PENNEP is seeking a Head of Business Operations candidate to join our client's team, who will lead the operational strategy, systems, and execution required to deliver exceptional learner experiences and support organisational growth within the EdTech ecosystem. This executive role ensures that digital learning products, instructional services, and academic operations are efficient, scalable, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s mission of transforming education through innovation. The ideal leader combines operational excellence with a strong understanding of educational technology, learner engagement, and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day business operations across departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs, performance metrics, and business objectives.
- Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.
- Oversee cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.
- Analyse business data and operational metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with vendors, institutions, and industry partners.
- Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and operational reporting.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, new revenue streams, and market expansion.
- Establish SOPs and operational frameworks to support the scaling of the startup.
