Akkodis is seeking a GTM Operations Program Manager with a client in Santa Monica, CA for 9 months contract.
Title: GTM Operations Program Manager
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Duration: 9-month Contract (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $65–$68/hr on w2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)
Job Summary
What you’ll do:
● Inventory management inc Asset tagging, Availability, Refurbishment.
● Manage internal and external hardware delivery/shipping requests, supporting the varied requirements of the business.
● Provide operation guidance and support to key stakeholders and wider team members.
● Manage the delivery and maintenance of ongoing operational processes:
○ Sales reporting.
○ Environmental reporting.
○ Outbound courier delivery tracking.
○ Inbound courier returns tracking.
● Day to day account management of our 3rd party providers.
● Work alongside our external service providers to forecast capacity in key operational nodes.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
● Demonstrated Program Management expertise: Proven ability to scope, plan, execute, and track complex, cross-functional projects and GTM initiatives (e.g., logistics planning, new product launch enablement) ideally within a hardware environment.
● ERP, CRM Systems Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce / SAP (or equivalent CRM) data models, reporting, and process automation.
● Analytical Acumen: Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, Looker) to define KPIs, measure program impact, and translate data into actionable GTM insights.
● Cross-Functional Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Product, GSM, Finance, Compliance, Tax, Legal, and IT/Engineering teams.
● Process Optimization: Experience identifying operational bottlenecks and designing scalable, efficient GTM processes that improve sales productivity and data integrity.
● Self starter: Ability to self start is essential and having a can do attitude to make it happen. Capable of working at both detailed/ macro levels. Flexible in working hour approach if required.
Minimum Qualifications:
● 3+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Logistics, Business Operations, or a related field within a high-growth technology company. Preferred Qualifications:
● Logistics experience (Parcel / Freight) an advantage.
● An understanding of international shipping best practices is an advantage.
● Customs broker license holder an advantage.
● SAP experience is an advantage.
