You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Oracle Lead to Revenue team you will oversee the strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle CPQ and Subscription Management solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and drive process transformation for quote-to-cash operations, maintaining scalable, accurate, and customer-centric capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategy and design for Oracle CPQ
- Lead large-scale projects focused on process transformation for quote-to-cash operations
- Confirm customer-centric capabilities are scalable and accurate

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Oracle CPQ certifications
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ tools
- Experience in subscription-based businesses
- Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
- PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or ITIL certifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle CPQ
