METLAN is a fast-growing AgTech and agricultural distribution business based in Prospect, SA, and we're looking for a sharp, organised all-rounder to join our team.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our business. You'll work directly alongside our founders, keeping operations running smoothly, supporting our sales team, coordinating our growing dealer network, and helping us scale.

What you'll be doing:
- Day-to-day office and operational coordination
- Executive support to the leadership team
- Sales administration and CRM management
- Dealer and distribution support across multiple states
- Marketing coordination and event support
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in a similar operations, admin, or EA role
- Someone who thrives in a startup environment
- Organised, proactive, and commercially switched on
- Strong communicator who gets things done
