At Pion, we’re driven by big ideas and bold thinkers.
Our purpose is clear: We make it possible to reward those who shape our world, from Students to Healthcare workers and more. That mission demands diverse perspectives and a culture where everyone belongs.
Our people power everything we do from innovation to collaboration. We’re here to break down barriers and build a space where everyone can grow, learn, and thrive—because affordability starts with empowered people.

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet 60% of the requirements, women and those in underrepresented groups tend to only apply when they tick every box. We don’t think you should have to tick every box. We value your uniqueness, and it goes without saying that all applications are welcome, even if you don’t think you fit the criteria.

Requirements
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a brand new Head of Revenue Operations to join us who will strategically and pro-actively approach this role.
Responsibilities include-
-
1. Strategic Influence & Lifecycle Alignment
-
Internal Consultancy: Partner with SDR, BD, and Account Management leads to ensure workflows support—rather than hinder—team objectives.
-
Driving adoption through Value: Drive system and hygiene adoption by proving end-user value. Use strong communication skills to influence stakeholders, ensuring the system is viewed as a sales-enabler.
-
Lifecycle Governance: Map the end-to-end customer journey. Ensure seamless handoffs between teams and establish internal SLAs to maintain momentum across the revenue funnel.
-
2. RevOps Architecture & Data Governance
-
Lean System Design: Audit the tech stack (Salesforce-centric) to eliminate friction. Prioritise high-impact workflows that are executed perfectly over complex, underused systems.
-
Data Integrity & Insights: Own the "Single Source of Truth." Simplify the user experience to move the business from reactive reporting to predictive analytics (identifying pipeline gaps and churn risks).
-
AI-Driven Efficiency: Implement AI tools to accelerate system usage, specifically through automated data capture to keep GTM teams focused on customers.
-
3. Team Leadership & Commercial Impact
-
Team Evolution: Manage and mentor the RevOps team, pivoting their focus from reactive ticket-handling to a proactive, strategic partnership model.
-
Commercial Lens: Partner with Finance to optimise unit economics, ensuring RevOps changes correlate directly to efficient revenue growth and improved conversions.
A little bit about you.
We’d really like to hear from you, if you have
-
Proven ability to "influence without authority," negotiating with stakeholders to change behaviour and improve system hygiene.
-
The Simplifier: A natural allergy to over-complexity. You believe a system used perfectly by all is superior to a complex one used poorly by half.
-
Technical Depth: Deep Salesforce expertise viewed through a lens of commercial efficiency. You can lead a technical team while remaining focused on the "human" side of the system.
-
Pragmatic Leader: Experience managing a RevOps team with the appetite to develop their strategic impact. You likely have empathy for, or experience in, quota-carrying roles.
-
Communication: Ability to translate technical debt into commercial outcomes. You speak the language of "revenue" and "efficiency."
