Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in CPQ and Vlocity (Velocity) for Utilities, along with Genesys CTI integration. The ideal candidate will design and build seamless customer interaction workflows where agents can view customer data, manage service accounts, and generate quotes in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce Platform, focusing on CPQ and Vlocity (Utilities Cloud).
- Integrate Genesys CTI with Salesforce to enable:
- Real-time customer identification on incoming calls
- Display of full account history to agents
- Implement Vlocity Utilities Data Model:
- Service accounts
- Usage and billing insights
- Customer lifecycle management
- Design and build CPQ workflows:
- Configure products, pricing, and bundles
- Generate real-time quotes and contracts
- Enable agents to create and send service plans instantly
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Flows.
- Work on OmniStudio (Vlocity tools):
- Integration Procedures
- DataRaptors
- OmniScripts
- Integrate third-party systems (billing, metering, CRM, ERP).
- Optimize performance and ensure scalability of solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Salesforce CPQ
- Vlocity (Salesforce Industries – Utilities Cloud)
- Experience with Genesys CTI integration or similar telephony systems.
- Proficiency in:
- Apex, SOQL, SOSL
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
- Experience with OmniStudio tools (DataRaptor, OmniScript, Integration Procedures).
- Strong understanding of utility domain processes:
- Customer onboarding
- Billing & usage
- Service plans and contracts
- REST/SOAP API integrations.
Good to Have
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, Industries/Vlocity).
- Experience with real-time agent assist systems.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
