About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in financial planning, performance management, and long-term business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Lead overall financial planning and business performance
- Work closely with senior management on growth strategies
- Provide financial insights for decision-making
2. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Track KPIs and identify financial risks and opportunities
3. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management
- Optimize cash flow and working capital cycles
- Manage banking relationships and funding requirements
4. Vendor & Financial Operations
- Ensure timely vendor payments and reconciliations
- Improve vendor terms, margins, and credit cycles
5. Cost Control & Profitability
- Drive cost optimization initiatives
- Improve margins and operational efficiency
6. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities
7. Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and partners
- Support business expansion and financial planning
Required Qualifications:
- CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute
- 15+ years of experience in finance roles
- Minimum 5 years in leadership position
