About the Role
Now we need a revenue leader who knows how to turn momentum into something durable. This is not a maintenance role. It is a build and lead role. You will bring together Sales, Proposals, and Account Management into one clear, accountable revenue engine. Not three functions operating in parallel, but one system that wins, delivers, and grows. You will help define how LucyRx shows up in the market, how we compete, and how we scale without losing what makes us different.
Responsibilities
- You will own revenue. Fully.
- That means setting direction, building the plan, and making sure we hit it.
- You will create a go to market strategy that is clear, focused, and executable
- Lead and elevate a sales organization that knows how to win the right deals
- Stay close to the biggest opportunities and help close them
- Bring discipline to proposals so we compete to win, not just to participate
- Build an account model that treats retention and growth as one continuous effort
- Partner across Product, Clinical, Operations, and Marketing so what we promise is what we deliver
You will step into a strong existing team and give them the clarity, tools, and structure they need to scale and win.
Qualifications
If you have built and scaled revenue organizations, and you are motivated by the idea of doing it differently in healthcare, we should talk.

Location
Remote - Northeast, with regular travel for team and client work. Presence matters when it counts.
