Chief Financial Officer (CFO)- Provo, Utah
As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be based at Nu Skin's global headquarters in Provo, Utah, reporting directly to the CEO. This role serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors, with accountability for the company's financial health and a central role in shaping the direction of enterprise transformation and long-term growth.
The CFO will lead a global finance organization responsible for all company financial-related activities including financial planning analysis and forecasting, budgeting, accounting, global tax, compliance, risk management, treasury, investor relations, insurance, and merger/acquisitions deal analysis and negotiations.
The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership within global, publicly traded organizations, with a strong understanding of the direct selling business models or similar channels. This leader will also demonstrate proven success during large-scale transformation, a forward-looking perspective on connected device strategies, and the ability to lead AI integration across a global finance organization. Success in this role requires the ability to build trusted relationships across the enterprise, influence at the highest levels, and foster a winning culture.
What you'll do:

Partner with CEO and other company officers to create strategy and lead organization transformation.

Understand the company’s direct selling business model for generating customer and shareholder value, translate operational metrics into measures for performance and create financial models for strategic growth.

Establish and maintain strong board of director, shareholder and analyst relationships and prepare and present quarterly, annual, and other regular reports of company strategy and performance.

Identify opportunities for and drive both top-line growth and profit improvement by effectively overseeing and stewarding company gross margin, contribution margin and operating margin improvement.

Establish and execute programs for the provision of capital required by the company, including negotiating the procurement of debt and equity capital and maintaining the required financial arrangements, and develop alternative ways in which financial requirements can be satisfied.

Ensure effective management and approval of all agreements concerning financial obligations, company assets, leases, and services, and other actions requiring a commitment of financial resources, and provide ROI calculation on all capital expenditures.

Lead the financial aspects of all company transactions including real estate bids, contracts, and leases. Oversee insurance coverage, as required, ensure the maintenance of appropriate financial records, prepare required financial reports, ensure audits, reconciliation and financial closing processes are accurate and timely.
- Ensure that Nu Skin is compliant with global financial regulations and standards including IRS Tax Code, and GAAP.

Oversee the forecast planning and budget processes and facilitate regular internal operating reviews to boost operating performance.

Effectively lead the global finance organization including priority setting, team alignment, employee performance management, career development, successful change management, and succession planning.

Lead AI transformation across global finance organization.
What you'll need:

Extensive prior experience as a senior finance leader for a global publicly traded company with revenues more than $1B

Master’s degree in accounting or finance discipline and 15+ years of progressive financial leadership responsibility

Solid experience in all aspects of public company reporting

Successful experience in the direct selling or applicable business is preferred

Demonstrated success in leading through global strategic transformation is preferred

Experience leading growth vs value-oriented companies is preferred

Extensive understanding of connected device technology and strategies

Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) pronouncements and interpretations, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Expertise in merger/acquisitions and multi entity integration and consolidation
