Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to lead financial strategies and operations for CORE MDSO. This on-site role, based in San Diego, CA, involves overseeing financial planning, analyzing financial reports, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Dental CFO will work closely with leadership and other stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance and ensure optimal financial health for supported practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Finance, and managing budgeting processes
- Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to synthesize financial data and provide actionable insights
- CPA certification required; advanced knowledge of accounting principles preferred
- Proven experience in executive-level financial leadership roles, ideally within the healthcare or dental industry
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance in the healthcare finance sector
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
