What You Will Be Doing
- Creating and documenting global sales operations processes that finally bring consistency and clarity.
- Owning sales systems improvements including SAP workflows, stock visibility and order management.
- Leading key strategic projects across new model years, special builds and operational change.
- Acting as the go to contact for regional teams, making sure issues are resolved quickly.
What You Need To Bring
- Strong automotive sales operations experience with real end to end understanding.
- The ability to create structure where there currently is none.
- A sleeves up mindset and confidence making decisions without perfect information.
- Experience working with multiple markets or dealer networks.
