About the Role
We are looking for a pragmatic, results-oriented Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Lead to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role serves as a critical strategic partner to advertising sales leaders, focusing specifically on expanding and refining the go-to-market strategy for the Europe SMB (Small & Medium Business) advertiser segment.
As a member of this team, you will act as an expert in business analytics, process optimization, and strategic thinking. You will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights that drive revenue, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Important Note: This is a fixed-term coverage role (LOA) with a set end date of July 27, 2027. There is no expectation of extension beyond this date. We are seeking committed professionals who are comfortable with this specific contract duration.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Partnership: Work directly with senior sales leaders on organizational and operational projects designed to scale the Europe SMB business.
- Data-Driven Insights: Structure work plans, synthesize large data sets, and lead deep-dive analyses to develop final recommendations for the broader organization.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and redefine systems and processes to improve business scalability.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with Marketing, Measurement, Product, and Finance teams to align on company-level strategy and planning.
- Customer Analysis: Leverage structured data to understand customer interactions with product and service offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations within demanding, highly analytical environments (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech/media).
- Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and working knowledge of sales systems/tools.
- Analytical Rigor: Demonstrated experience providing data-driven business insights and solving complex problems.
- Operational Mastery: Proven ability to manage both high-level strategy and granular operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Fluency in English is required; ability to communicate complex recommendations to leadership clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative or analytical major (Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics).
- An MBA is strongly considered.
- Technical proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce.
