💼 About the Role as a Sales Contact Centre Director
As our Sales Contact Centre Director, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational and commercial leadership of our sales contact centre teams. You’ll champion a high‑performance culture, nurture exceptional customer experiences, and drive ambitious revenue goals through innovation, insight and operational excellence.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to define strategy, optimise customer journeys, and elevate overall sales performance across voice, digital and outbound channels.
✨ Key Responsibilities as a Sales Contact Centre Director
- Lead, inspire and develop large-scale sales contact centre teams to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Define and execute the commercial sales strategy across all contact centre operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance conversion, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Use data and insight to optimise processes, forecast demand, and inform decision-making.
- Manage budgets, headcount planning and sales forecasting.
- Ensure compliance, quality standards and regulatory requirements are met across all channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product and Customer Experience teams.
