About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-driven Manager of Business Operations to serve as a force multiplier to the President.
This role combines two critical dimensions:
- Administrative Executive Operations – ensuring seamless day-to-day support and prioritization.
- Strategic Business Operations – driving leadership cadence, programming, and cross-functional execution.
This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to operate at the center of leadership decision-making while building strong operational fundamentals.
I. Executive Operations & Administrative Prioritization
This portion of the role is explicitly administrative in nature and requires exceptional organization and responsiveness.
- Own and manage the President’s complex calendar, ensuring alignment to business priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics end-to-end.
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
- Manage inbound requests, scheduling conflicts, and shifting priorities.
- Prepare daily and weekly briefing materials.
- Ensure meeting logistics, pre-reads, and follow-ups are coordinated effectively.
- Serve as primary scheduling liaison across internal and external stakeholders.
Success in this area requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to protect executive time.
II. Strategic Business Operations & Leadership Cadence
In addition to executive support, this role operates at the center of the company’s leadership rhythm.
Leadership Operating Cadence
- Own the weekly Senior Leadership Team (SLT) deck template and structure.
- Gather materials from functional leaders and ensure narrative clarity and consistency.
- Support preparation for executive and board-facing materials as needed.
Town Halls & Company Programming
- Support the design and execution of company-wide Town Halls:
- Run-of-show development
- Slide development and storytelling
- Speaker coordination
- Ensure alignment between leadership messaging and company priorities.
Offsites, Summits & Strategic Sessions
- Support planning and execution of leadership offsites and summits.
- Build agendas and materials that drive alignment and decision-making.
- Capture outputs and ensure post-event follow-through.

- Experience supporting a senior leader or managing complex coordination.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
