Job Description
The Role:
You will be reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and working closely with wider business stakeholders to ensure the streamlining of our sales processes from the top of the lead funnel all the way to Customer Success. The position serves as an important contributor for the Business Planning & Operations team handling Money Movement Solutions globally. This role is responsible for delivering top tier sales CRM support, analytic and decision support, enabling the team to pursue its initiatives and long-term strategy more effectively.

Front-line support for Sales and Sales leadership, solving queries and problems in a timely and efficient manner, including ad-hoc analysis.
Participate in process and systems projects including Salesforce.com development, design and deployment of new sales and operations tools, and process design.
Work with managers to scope out projects, prioritizing business and informational needs, while identifying opportunities to improve business operations and drive the adoption of efficient processes.
Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide sales intelligence to leaders to improve strategies and sales effectiveness, ensuring availability and provision of relevant pipeline and forecast reports and dashboards to sales management
Monitor, interpret, and analyze KPI data of sales and marketing activities to identify trends or issues with data quality.
Ensure the validity of the revenue reporting based on the accuracy of contracts

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background in the finance, banking, or payment industry. They should have excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely.
Mid-senior level experience in Sales Enablement / Sales Operations with a clear focus on pipeline management & sales forecasting
Excellent numeracy, literacy and analytical skills with the ability to create, model and interrogate detailed sales performance data
Deep Experience using Salesforce CRM & Playbook
Highly collaborative with exceptional people skills to manage many and varied stakeholders - able to work effectively with diverse audiences, management levels, cultures, and personalities
Able to interpret data and effectively present through written, verbal and presentation communications to different audiences
Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision. Must be results oriented, proactive and able to move forward without complete information.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints independently

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
