Role Responsibilities
PO Tracking
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of high-volume PO's
- Ensure accurate pricing and lead times
- SKU selection and min/max order quantities based on vendor requirements
- Assist with securing and managing appointments
- Review fulfillment – QTY Requested vs. Delivered
- Maintain relationships with customers and vendors
- Resolve mis-shipments, damaged goods, and billing discrepancies
Commitments & Inventory
- Track commitments vs. actual orders
- Communicate internally on status and balances
- Run reports to ensure healthy inventory levels are maintained
Inside Sales Support
- SharePoint – Keep up to date at all times.
- Buy Docs – Create, update, submit, and file on SharePoint for future access and quick/easy reference.
- Presentations and Sell Sheets – Create when directed and as needed.
- Market Comps – Create when directed and as needed.
- New Vendor Paperwork & Vendor Commitment Forms
- EDI - Integration and daily ownership/management of data
- IRI Analytics – Create client reports as necessary
- New Program(s) Prep and Planning – regional rollouts, new item launches, etc.
- Meeting Prep – In advance of meetings – Gather product samples, sell sheets, buy docs, etc.
- Meeting Notes – Document and distribute meeting notes (include action items with owners)
Accruals & Demo Spend Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to foster strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Experience in sales and sales operations, with a focus on improving processes and achieving targets.
- Proficiency with sales reporting tools and data management software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or working with major retailers is a plus.
