The Opportunity
Designed for an extremely limited set of exceptional fresh graduates stepping into their early full-time role, this position offers a non-linear, accelerated path to leadership. The Founder’s Office – GTM Associate is a high-intensity track built around real ownership, steep learning curves, and close collaboration with founders and senior leaders — compressing ~5 years of career growth into ~2.
You’ll work on high-impact initiatives across growth, strategy, customer engagement, and market expansion. Top performers quickly take on ownership, lead teams, and drive initiatives across geographies. This is not a conventional entry-level job. This is a launchpad for future business leaders.
What you'll do
- Work directly with founders and senior leaders on GTM strategy, execution, and experimentation
- Drive market expansion and international go-to-market initiatives
- Own cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, and product
- Lead revenue growth and funnel optimization initiatives
- Analyze markets, customers, and performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Engage with global customers to uncover pain points and build customer-first solutions
- Support and lead new launches, pilots, and strategic projects
- Collaborate across geographies and functions to deliver outcomes
- Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives and be accountable for results
- Over time, you will move from: Execution → Ownership → Market/Function Leadership → Team Leadership / P&L Responsibility
- Our expectation is clear:
Within ~2 years, high performers will be operating at a team-lead level. This program is built for people who want accelerated responsibility, not gradual hand-holding.
Who we're looking for
We seek outliers and you might be a fit if you have:
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline from a Tier 1 institution, completed by June 2026 (or final examinations completed by then). Open to recent graduates with 0–2 years of experience
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of two years with the organization
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- High learning agility, curiosity, and initiative-taking ability
- Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset—you see problems as opportunities
- Strong business aptitude, logical reasoning, and comfort with numbers and data
