About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Founder’s Office – Growth / GTM / Revenue Associate to work closely with the CEO and CTO on scaling revenue and building a high-impact growth engine.
This is a core role focused on driving acquisition → conversion → revenue, building scalable GTM systems, and owning growth levers end-to-end. Ideal for someone who thrives in 0→1 and 1→10 environments.
Key Responsibilities1. Growth & GTM Execution- Own and execute end-to-end growth funnels (acquisition → activation → conversion → retention)
- Drive GTM strategies across paid, organic, partnerships, and product-led growth
- Identify and scale high-performing channels for user acquisition
2. Revenue Ownership- Drive revenue growth through funnel optimization and conversion improvements
- Track and optimize key metrics like CAC, LTV, ATB (Average Ticket Size), conversion rates
- Build and experiment with pricing, offers, and monetization strategies
3. Marketing & Performance- Plan and execute campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Continuously test creatives, targeting, and messaging for performance improvement
- Work closely on brand + performance marketing intersection
4. Sales & Growth Systems- Build and optimize sales pipelines and CRM systems
- Set up scalable lead tracking, nurturing, and conversion systems
- Work on automation and tooling to improve funnel efficiency
5. Data & Analytics- Analyse growth metrics and user behaviour to identify opportunities
- Build dashboards and reports to track growth and revenue performance
- Enable data-driven decision-making across GTM initiatives
6. Founder’s Office (Strategic Execution)- Work directly with the CEO and CTO on high-priority growth initiatives
- Drive 0→1 and 1→N projects with high ownership
- Translate strategy into execution across cross-functional teams
Key Requirements- 2–6 years of experience in growth, GTM, revenue, or start-ups roles
- Strong understanding of growth funnels and performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and conversion systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to own metrics and drive outcomes end-to-end
Core Skills Required- Driving revenue growth from acquisition to conversion
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ATB, and funnel metrics
- Experience with sales systems (CRM, pipeline management)
- Knowledge of performance marketing (Meta & Google ecosystems)
- Experimentation mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
