Role Summary: Lead the finance function for an infrastructure EPC / warehousing company, ensuring strong cash flow, disciplined project costing, and competitive funding across a long-gestation project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Build financial strategy, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the order book and bid pipeline.
- Oversee project costing, cost-to-complete, margin tracking, and Ind AS compliance.
- Manage RA bills, mobilisation advances, retention money, and receivables from government/PSU clients.
- Handle bank guarantees, LC limits, lender relationships, project finance, and refinancing.
- Evaluate bid pricing and contract terms (EPC, HAM, BOT); support arbitration and claim recovery.
- Oversee SPV financials and lender covenants; ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.
- Strengthen internal controls and MIS; manage commodity, interest rate, and cost overrun risks.
Qualifications: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance); CA preferred. 20+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior finance role in infrastructure or large-scale construction.
