A 30-year diversified business group with presence in manufacturing, warehousing, and real estate, recently expanded into road construction and infrastructure. The infrastructure vertical is in an early growth phase with strong expansion plans.
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned CFO to lead and scale our road infrastructure business. The role will drive project finance, capital structuring, financial controls, growth strategy, and organizational build-out for an expanding EPC and infrastructure portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project finance and capital structuring, including debt–equity mix, term loans, bonds, and multilateral funding
- Own financial planning, budgeting, CAPEX, and cash flow management for EPC and operating assets
- Oversee tax and statutory compliance, including finalization of accounts, audits, and handling of Income Tax authorities
- Manage day-to-day liaison with banks for limits, disbursements, guarantees, and working capital facilities
- Act as the primary interface with banks, lenders, investors, auditors, and the Board
Total Experience : Overall experience minimum 20 years in Finance with at least 5 years experience as CFO / Finance Head.
