Syrus Health Care Group is a growing healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality patient care and innovative medical services. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and support our long-term growth.
Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting. The CFO will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
CA / CMA , MBA, CPA
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, or similar)
Strong experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Proven track record of managing large-scale financial operations and leading finance teams
Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is highly preferred
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance standards
Experience with audits, risk management, and internal controls
Familiarity with ERP systems, financial software, and data analysis tools
