Sushruta Hospital & Trauma Care, Bhubaneswar invites applications from dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) preferably in healthcare, hospitals industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the hospital's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Monitor cash flow, revenue cycles, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, taxation, and audit requirements.
- Develop financial strategies to support organizational growth and profitability.
- Oversee accounts, billing, procurement finance, payroll, and financial reporting functions.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Management for strategic decision-making.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8–10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitals industries.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, taxation, budgeting, compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in hospital finance management will be preferred.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
