This is a brand-new hire and a genuine opportunity to build and shape the Revenue Operations function from the ground up.

The OpportunityYou’ll work closely with senior leadership across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, taking full ownership of the revenue engine.
This is not a role where you sit in meetings — you’ll be in the detail, building, improving and optimising everything across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Own and optimise the end-to-end revenue cycle
- Build and improve CRM architecture, workflows and automation (HubSpot)
- Develop dashboards and reporting to drive data-led decision making
- Identify gaps in performance and implement scalable solutions
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across sales and marketing processes
- Work cross-functionally to improve conversion rates and pipeline performance
- Support the business as it scales into new international markets
What We’re Looking For- 2+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations
- Strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot (essential)
- Background within a B2B SaaS environment (essential)
- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented and naturally curious
Bonus: Experience with tools such as Intercom or similar customer engagement platforms
