To fuel our multi-regional expansion and growth strategy, we are seeking an enthusiastic GTM Lead to architect and execute the end-to-end process. You will be responsible for building a high-quality pipeline from scratch and establishing our brand as a premier IT consulting and technology partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Entry Strategy: Identify and prioritize sub-verticals and "micro-niches" within target international geographies.
- Outbound Engine: Design and execute multi-channel "Reach Out" campaigns that cut through the competition.
- Pipeline Architecture: Manage the full top-of-funnel lifecycle from initial prospecting and lead scoring to securing "First Appointments" for the executive team.
- AI-Powered Prospecting: Use the right AI tools to personalize outreach at scale and to research prospect pain points in depth.
- Feedback Loop: Partner with the Pre-Sales Associate and the company’s leadership to refine the "Value Proposition" based on real-time market feedback
Required Qualifications & Skill Sets
- IT Services & Consulting DNA: Deep understanding of how offshore/nearshore IT services and consulting firms operate.
- Campaign Mastery: Experience with sales automation tools and data-driven prospecting.
- Communication: Exceptional "International English" skills, the ability to write copy that resonates with C-suite executives in the USA, EU, and the Middle East.
