Role Description
The role, based in Bhopal, allows for both on-site work and remote flexibility. As a Business Operations Manager at Feelo, you will oversee and streamline operations, ensuring production efficiency and alignment with business goals. Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day workflows, optimizing operations, fronting online activities and programs, analyzing reports, and collaborating with billing and logistics teams. Maintaining accountability, you will also contribute to strategic decision-making and process improvement initiatives to support the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management in garment production
- Proven Analytical Skills with a data-driven approach for problem-solving
- Knowledge of Finance and budget management
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
