We’re looking for a proactive Sales Operations Manager to join our Senior Retail Team and own the end-to-end performance of our outsourced partners. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will shape sales strategy, drive execution, and ensure targets are consistently exceeded.
What You’ll Be Doing

Owning sales performance across outsourced telesales and field sales channels.

Working daily with partner teams to review agent performance, conversion rates, ARPU, quality, and compliance.

Driving operational excellence—ensuring scripts, processes, standards, and tactical plans are followed.

Maximising sales leads, improving contact rates, and ensuring campaigns are executed with precision.

Monitoring outsourced partner culture, productivity, quality, and compliance to ensure high-performance environments.

Using data creatively to build campaigns that increase conversion.

Managing strategic relationships with agency leadership to ensure collaboration and shared success.

Aligning outsourced activity with internal business goals, promotions, and customer insights.

Feeding customer feedback and behavioural insights into messaging, training, and campaign optimisation.

Evolving sales strategies as customer cohorts move along the adoption curve.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Experience

A strong track record of hitting revenue and performance targets.

Experience managing outsourced telesales and field sales teams.

Proven delivery of results through vendor management.

Ability to operate within strict SLAs and performance frameworks.

Skilled at using sales performance data to drive improvements.
Desirable Experience

Knowledge of the broadband market.

Understanding of the Scottish market, particularly rural Scotland.

Experience embedding company culture within telesales environments.

Qualifications

A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent experience.
