Our flagship product, an autonomous mobile charging unit, enables flexible, on-demand EV charging without requiring new infrastructure, helping fleets, communities, and commercial partners accelerate their transition to clean energy.
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically driven Sales Operations Specialist to support the expansion of our autonomous charging solutions in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about clean mobility, energy storage, and intelligent charging systems. You will work closely with engineering and business teams to communicate the value of our autonomous charging technology, design customer-specific solutions, and guide clients through the technical evaluation and deployment process.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct POCs for strategic clients.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and solution proposals.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into optimized solutions.
- Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams to support project design and quotations.
- Prepare technical documentation, system specifications, and cost estimates.
- Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and trade shows.
- Respond to RFQs/RFPs with accurate technical and commercial information.
- Provide feedback to the engineering team on product performance and customer needs.
- Support commissioning and after-sales technical inquiries when required.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Economics, Communications, or related fields).
- 1+ years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or energy-related roles.
- Demonstrated experience as a sales engineer for a software product company with global clients.
- Experienced and self-motivated with a proven track record in software sales
- Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Professional written responses to emails, RFPs, face to face and when submitting reports.
- Organized and analytical with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Travels extensively on short notice (up to 30% travel)
WHAT WE OFFER
- The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000/year to $150,000/year. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
