YOUR MISSION:
Lead, support, coordinate and facilitate the development and execution of end‑to‑end GTM and merchandising strategies, seasonal plans, and standardized global processes that drive consistent growth across markets. Act as the BU representative to bring the voice of the consumer into strategic decision‑making, ensuring Product, Marketing, Sales and Commercial teams are aligned to deliver a cohesive, insight‑led, and globally scalable consumer experience.
- Lead translation of BU strategy into a focused global merchandising strategy
- Support consumer, trend, market and channel insight generation to inform planning and assortment decisions
- Coordinate multi‑year franchise lifecycle planning, including line planning, forecasting and roadmap delivery
- Act as lead for assortment line planning: curate consumer‑centric product ranges and packages for WHS, Retail & eCom, define Mandatory Ranges, distribution, segmentation, and identify commercial opportunities and gaps
- Drive alignment across Marketing, BUs and Commercial functions to land cohesive storytelling, merchandising packages and product plans
- Act as the BU representative to ensure milestone content readiness across divisions and accelerate sell in readiness
- Support close collaboration with cluster GTM teams to operationalize seasonal 360 plans and capture feedback to refine strategy
- Provide in season analysis using WHS & DTC data, drive corrective actions to capture opportunities and close business gaps
- Actively coordinate with peer leaders across categories to drive consistency and shared best practices
- Represent the merchandising function in executive forums and be accountable for delivery against agreed commercial KPIs.
YOUR TALENT:
- 8+ years experience in merchandising, assortment planning, commercial strategy or related GTM roles, preferably in retail or consumer goods
- Proven track record leading cross‑functional programs and scaling global assortment/processes
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, allocation and in‑season trading
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and presentation skills
- Data‑driven mindset; familiarity with WHS, DTC, and marketplace analytics.
