YOUR MISSION:
- Design and develop comprehensive Sell Through reporting solutions to provide clear data visualization and actionable insights for decision-making
- Conduct thorough data analysis to extract actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and initiate business growth initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights and dashboards
- Work closely with key stakeholders across Global Go-To-Market and Business Units to lead the Seasonal Planning Process, ensuring alignment of KPI targets and comprehensive Merchandising Planning
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, optimize timelines, and deliverables
- Leverage data-driven decision-making by utilizing the most accurate and relevant information available, with a focus on customer sell-through data
- Identify and implement best practices across business units and product divisions to streamline and optimize the Global planning process
- Coordinate the Product Forecast Process across all areas, ensuring seamless data collection, accurate analysis, and effective communication with stakeholders
- Streamline the Product Forecasting process and propose constant improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
YOUR TALENT:
- Up to 3 years of experience in data analysis, GTM, merchandising, or commercial planning, ideally in a consumer‑focused environment
- Strong interest in working with data and reporting, with first experience in sell‑through analysis and dashboard creation
- Ability to analyze data and derive clear insights to support planning, forecasting, and business decisions
- Initial experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders across GTM, Business Units, or Commercial teams
- Understanding of seasonal planning, merchandising, or forecasting processes, with a willingness to learn and grow expertise
- Structured, proactive, and detail‑oriented working style, comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, global environment.
