Role OverviewWe are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will drive financial discipline, improve profitability, and support Kemar’s next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities🔹 Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Define and drive the company’s financial strategy aligned with growth goals
- Act as a key advisor to leadership on:
- Profitability
- Cost optimization
- Investment decisions
🔹 Financial Control & Governance (Critical)
- Establish strong financial controls and internal audit systems
- Ensure:
- Compliance
- Transparency
- Risk mitigation
- Regularly review financial processes to eliminate leakages
🔹 Cost Optimization & Bottom-Line Improvement
- Identify and reduce:
- Unnecessary expenses
- Operational inefficiencies
- Drive initiatives to improve:
- Margins
- Cash flow
- Overall profitability
🔹 Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead:
- Annual budgeting
- Financial planning
- Forecasting
- Track performance vs budget and take corrective actions
🔹 MIS, Reporting & Decision Support
- Build strong MIS and reporting systems
- Provide actionable insights on:
- Revenue trends
- Cost centers
- Project profitability
- Support leadership with data-driven decision-making
🔹 Audit & Compliance (Must Have Strength)
- Lead:
- Internal audits
- External audits
- Ensure compliance with:
- Statutory regulations
- Financial reporting standards
- Maintain audit readiness at all times
🔹 Working Capital & Cash Flow Management
- Optimize:
- Receivables
- Payables
- Cash cycles
- Ensure strong liquidity management
🔹 Project & Business Finance
- Monitor:
- Project-level profitability
- Cost overruns
- Work closely with:
- Sales and project teams
- Ensure financial discipline across projects
Experience Required- 12–20+ years in finance leadership roles
- Strong experience as:
- CFO / Finance Head / Controller
- Background in:
- Industrial / project-based / engineering companies (preferred)
Key Skills- Strong financial control and auditing expertise
- Proven ability to reduce costs and improve margins
- Deep understanding of:
- Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- Cash flow management
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
