Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a Fractional CFO, you will provide strategic financial leadership and insights to clients. Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and developing strategies for long-term financial success. You will work closely with clients to provide tailored advice and solutions that align with their business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Financial Planning and strategic financial management
- Experience in Financial Statements preparation and understanding of their components
- Deep knowledge of general principles of Finance and Analytical Skills to support decision-making
- Expertise in Financial Reporting, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for effective client engagement
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships remotely
- Prior experience as a CFO or senior financial leader is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (such as CPA, CFA) is a plus
