Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a RevOps Specialist (HubSpot) based in Gurugram. The RevOps Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing HubSpot within the RevOps framework, ensuring seamless integration across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success platforms. Key responsibilities include HubSpot configuration, data management, designing workflows, building dashboards and reports, diagnosing issues across the revenue funnel, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiencies. The role involves creating documentation, training team members, and ensuring that all systems align with the organizational revenue strategy.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of HubSpot, including its configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations
- Proficiency in Revenue Operations principles, process design, and platform management across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Strong analytical skills for data management, reporting, and diagnosing operational inefficiencies
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and optimize processes
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Familiarity with other CRM platforms or marketing tools is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar RevOps, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations role preferred
