Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist based in Gurugram. The RevOps Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM and revenue operations systems. Daily responsibilities include leading the implementation and customization of HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and enabling automation to streamline workflows. The Specialist will also analyze and maintain data accuracy, generate actionable insights through reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable processes. This role requires keen attention to detail, technical expertise, and a passion for improving operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HubSpot configuration, CRM management, workflows, and reporting
- 1-2 years of HubSpot experience (1 year minimum)
- Skills in Marketing Automation, Email Campaigns, and Lead Management
- Experience with Data Analysis, Visualization, and ensuring CRM data quality
- Familiarity with Integration Tools, APIs, and troubleshooting related technical issues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Experience with B2B sales and marketing processes, as well as revenue operations, is a plus
- Certification in HubSpot or relevant tools is an advantage
