Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Trainer (4+ Years Experience)Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Trainer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and training delivery. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of simplifying complex CPQ concepts, and experienced in delivering both classroom and online training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training on Salesforce CPQ concepts including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract management.
- Design and develop training materials such as presentations, assignments, real-time scenarios, and assessments.
- Conduct live instructor-led sessions, webinars, and recorded sessions.
- Provide hands-on training with real-time business use cases and project-based learning.
- Train learners on CPQ features such as product bundles, pricing rules, price books, discounting, and quote templates.
- Guide learners on advanced topics like Quote Calculator Plugins (QCP), approvals, and integrations.
- Assist students in preparing for Salesforce CPQ certifications and interviews.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CPQ features and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training quality and curriculum.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick).
- Hands-on experience with product configuration, pricing methods, and quote lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience in Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP) development.
- Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- Prior experience in corporate training or ed-tech platforms.
- Experience with real-time CPQ project implementations.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce with at least 2+ years in Salesforce CPQ.
- Prior training experience is highly preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
