Compensation: ₹45,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month (based on experience & performance)

The Opportunity
We are an Alberta-registered, Ontario-based Canadian logistics company specializing in cross-border freight. Rather than a traditional employee, we are looking for a Business Operations Strategist—someone who views this role as their own business venture.
This position is designed for a high-potential professional with 4–5 years of experience who is eager to move beyond a department and master the entire architecture of a global company. You will work in close partnership with the Managing Director (MD), absorbing strategic insights and translating them into operational success.

Your Areas of Mastery
As you grow into this role, you will become the central point of coordination for several key areas:
- Strategic Workflow (Dispatch): Ensuring the heart of our service—dispatch operations—remains fluid and high-quality.
- Financial Health (Accounts): Gaining a clear understanding of our financial pulse and performing high-level audits.
- People & Culture (HR & Admin): Managing team dynamics, administrative documentation, and fostering a culture of professional ethics.
- Operational Integrity (Mechanical & Fleet): Deep-diving into the "nitty-gritty" of fleet readiness and technical troubleshooting to ensure zero downtime.
How You Will Impact the Business
- Information Synthesis: Act as a "knowledge sponge," shadowing the MD to learn the internal logic of the company and eventually making independent, sound decisions.
- Operational Harmony: Ensure every department communicates effectively, preventing bottlenecks before they arise.
- System Refinement: Bring a "Scrum Master" discipline to our processes, suggesting daily improvements and creating clear guides to help the team excel.
- Ethics First: Lead by example with impeccable professional ethics, ensuring the company’s reputation is always protected.
