An industry leading SaaS company are searching for Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their sales operations function and contribute to the overall success of their company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to manage and optimize sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
- Monitor the end-to-end sales process, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for streamlining to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights for the sales team and senior management
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools
- Manage and resolve commission-related queries
- Participate in forecast calls and provide data-driven insights to support sales forecasting
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate sales processes and improve overall efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in the software industry
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing sales processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to extract meaningful insights from data
- Expertise in Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools
- Experience in managing sales commissions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
