Operations Analyst - Business Operations
The Operations Team has ownership of processes that ensure optimal Amerock operational presence across all Channels driving to best-in-class adherence to customer specific compliance standards. The Analyst role will evaluate Amerock performance regarding order management from entry to shipment, act as primary contact to DC operations, monitor KPIs and compliance on key customer platforms. They will lead continuous improvement opportunities that result in efficient, smooth day-to-day operations of a growing business. The Operations Analyst will be detail-oriented and possess a high level of problem-solving expertise as well as business acumen. Reports directly to Sr. Operations Manager.
Location: This positon is based out our Huntersville, NC location, and we work on a hybrid schedule of 3 days in Office (T, W, Th) and 2 days Remote (M, F).
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Make data-driven decisions while ensuring accountability for Retail and Digital compliance, and operational success.
- Subject Matter Expert of various customer portals including but not limited to order management, ticket creation, item maintenance, KPI and Compliance monitoring
- Partner with DC Operations to support daily outbound performance SLAs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Care to resolve customer issues via long-term process improvements
- Lead initiatives to improve sales and operational processes within the market.
- Apply critical thinking to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and implement performance-focused initiatives.
- Provide regular and/or ad hoc reporting and analysis as business needs warrant
- Other projects and duties to be assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- BS / BA in Business, Operations, or related field
- 5-7 years’ experience in an analytical role with a strong emphasis on Omni Channel, Retail, or Digital Commerce
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI and SQL
- SAP ECC experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills with ability to distill themes to executive leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-functional process improvement
- Confident, self-starter

Pay Range:
$4,124.70 - $7,791.30
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
