Job Title: Business Execution Analyst (Excel & Access Management)
Location: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Pay Rate: $32- 35/hr
Duration: 9 Months Contract to hire role
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Model: Training will be 100% onsite
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Execution Analyst to support low-complexity initiatives within Business Execution. This role will focus on creating and managing system access matrices, aligning job roles, and ensuring accurate data handling. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to follow structured processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support low-complexity business execution initiatives and operational tasks
- Create and maintain system access matrices across various business lines
- Align job roles with access control frameworks and ensure accuracy
- Review and analyze basic business processes, policies, and procedures
- Perform data analysis using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Provide support in resolving low-risk, tactical issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide necessary information
- Follow established compliance, policies, and operational guidelines
- Identify and escalate system or process-related issues when required
- Utilize approved AI tools and technical solutions to enhance productivity
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables within defined deadlines
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent
- Experience can include work, internships, consulting, training, or military background
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP required)
- Basic understanding of business processes and data management
