We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations at our state of the art behavioral health facility. If you're passionate about healthcare and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with the CEO on financial strategy and policy development
Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal guidelines
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
Manage facility information systems and adapt to evolving needs
Lead monthly reconciliations, general ledger production, and financial reporting
Collaborate on product line analysis and strategic planning

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
CPA preferred
3+ years as a Controller in a healthcare setting
Strong Excel skills and experience with healthcare HMS systems
