Join Carglass France on our Belron Early Careers Programme and embark on a rewarding career journey. Our programme is designed to challenge, inspire, and cultivate your leadership skills in real-world scenarios. With us, you are not just starting a job; you're stepping into a role that shapes the future.
As a Business Operations graduate on our Early Careers Programme, you will play a key role in optimising business performance by supporting our technical teams in resource allocation, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll contribute to enhancing our company’s operational excellence while ensuring the right resources are in place to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
What will I be doing?
Our Early Careers Programme gives you hands‑on experience at the heart of our operations, where you’ll contribute to improving efficiency, supporting business growth, and helping our technical teams perform at their best.
Over two years, you’ll rotate across key operational areas, building a broad understanding of how strategy, data, and digital tools come together to drive day‑to‑day performance and long‑term improvement.
Working closely with a range of teams, you’ll gain insight into how we optimise resources, streamline processes, and use data to make better decisions—developing the skills needed to support a high‑performing, future‑focused operation.
Who we’re looking for
You must have (or expect to obtain) a master’s degree in a related field, with a specialisation in operations management, supply chain, industrial engineering, data analytics, or business strategy. You should be eager to take on challenges, enjoy working as a team to collaborate on finding solutions, and should have a passion for development and growth, constantly looking to learn new things and exploring new ideas. We also look for people who are aligned to our values: collaborative, driven, caring and genuine.
Some other key qualities we look for include
- Clear and concise communication, including active listening and open dialogue
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Have a strong desire to work seamlessly with diverse teams towards common goals
- Sound and timely decision-making based on thorough analysis of available information
We want all of our businesses to be inclusive and diverse places to work, with equal opportunities for all. This is essential to our future success and is why diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) principles are embedded into our business priorities.
What’s in it for you?
As a permanent employee from day one, our Early Careers Programme offers comprehensive training and support throughout the first two years. As you near the end of the programme, we will work with you and the business to identify the best next step for you within your chosen function and support you as you transition into the next step of your career with us.
The programme is designed to help you grow your personal and professional skills, and you’ll benefit from experienced mentors who will guide and support your career growth.
Successful applicants will also enjoy a range of rewarding benefits at Carglass France, including
- A salary of €43,000 per year plus up to 10% annual bonus
- A structured career path with exposure to key areas of marketing strategy, brand management, and corporate communication
- 25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays
