Wilmarcs is looking for a sharp, high-ownership person who can help drive the company forward across sales, marketing, operations, and team coordination.
This is not a conventional role. We are looking for someone who can think like a business lead, move like an operator, and work closely with both creative and production teams.
In simple terms, we need someone who can help hold the office together in the founder’s absence, push momentum, bring ideas, and ensure things keep moving with clarity and intent.
What this role involves:
- Understanding and supporting sales pipeline and follow-ups
- Contributing to marketing ideas, growth opportunities, and visibility
- Bringing more structure to day-to-day business operations
- Coordinating across teams and ensuring accountability
- Acting as a bridge between business, clients, and production
- Supporting decision-making, execution, and overall company flow
Who we are looking for:
- Someone very smart, proactive, and highly dependable
- Strong in communication, coordination, and problem-solving
- Able to understand both business thinking and creative environments
- Comfortable handling responsibility and taking ownership
- Someone who does not wait to be told every small thing
