Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Tirupur
Reporting To: Managing Director
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic CFO to lead end-to-end finance functions for a fast-growing, textile organization. The role involves driving financial performance, strengthening controls, and supporting business growth across manufacturing and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting & forecasting
- Drive P&L management, profitability improvement & cost optimization
- Oversee working capital, cash flow & treasury (including forex)
- Manage fund raising, banking relationships & financial structuring
- Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and corporate governance
- Monitor manufacturing cost structures & operational efficiency
- Support retail finance including store profitability & expansion planning
- Implement ERP, MIS dashboards & data-driven decision-making
- Partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives
Candidate Profile
- CA with 15+ years of experience (minimum 5 years in leadership role)
- Strong background in manufacturing finance & costing
- Expertise in P&L, working capital, treasury & financial modelling
- Exposure to retail/business finance is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, IND AS & compliance
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems & financial analytics tools
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management & strategic thinking skills
