Role Description
To lead and drive the organization’s overall sales strategy, ensuring sustained revenue growth, market expansion, and high-performance team management, while building a scalable and customer-centric sales ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and drive overall sales strategy and execution across multiple locations
- Manage and scale large sales teams (100+ members) across at least two locations
- Deliver high-volume sales performance, preferably in the real estate sector
- Establish strong review mechanisms, governance, and performance tracking systems
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and manage senior leaders (GM/VP level), who in turn manage teams of 25–30 members
- Build a high-performance sales culture with strong accountability
- Act as a hands-on leader and task master, ensuring rigorous follow-ups and execution discipline
Performance Management & Analytics
- Drive a data-driven sales approach using strong analytical skills
- Leverage tools like Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, forecasting, and insights
- Continuously monitor performance and implement corrective actions for underperforming markets/teams
Business Growth & Innovation
- Demonstrate ability to revive low sales performance scenarios through innovative strategies
- Identify new opportunities to enhance sales productivity and conversion rates
- Ensure alignment of sales strategy with overall business objectives and growth plans
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Customer Relations, and Collections teams
- Ensure seamless customer journey from lead generation to closure and collections
- Bring a holistic understanding of sales ecosystem and customer lifecycle
Desirable skills and Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputed institution
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
