As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to support the operational side of our sales process. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of our quote-to-cash process, from quotation to invoicing and payment follow-up.
You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to keep processes organized, maintain accurate records, and support internal operations as the company scales.
What You’ll Do
Sales Administration
- Prepare commercial quotations and follow up until signed orders are received
- Validate customer orders and ensure proper transmission to internal teams
- Manage and coordinate orders administratively from entry to invoicing
- Follow up with the Sales team and internal departments on order progress
Invoicing & Payment Follow-Up
- Issue customer invoices and monitor the billing process
- Track and record customer payments
- Maintain a detailed invoice tracker including due dates, payment status, and outstanding balances
- Monitor outstanding invoices and perform payment reminders when necessary
- Support billing processes including factoring when applicable
Customer Administration & CRM
- Create and manage new customer accounts
- Maintain and update customer records and documentation
- Update opportunities and commercial information in the CRM
- Maintain the customer database and ensure accurate records
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of commercial documents
Operational Follow-Up
- Monitor order delivery and administrative progress
- Support customer claims and administrative disputes when necessary
- Assist with supplier registration processes across different territories
Process Improvement & Finance Support
- Contribute to improving internal RevOps and sales administration processes
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies
- Consolidate customer invoices and sales data for the Finance team
- Support monthly reporting and closing processes
- Act as a point of contact between Sales Administration and Finance for invoice-related questions

- Identification and improvement of internal operational workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or a similar role
- Experience supporting sales processes from quotation to invoicing
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment
